Some Guidelines

I'm a very visual person, I like to look at pretty things (as does everyone) as well as things that inspire me and get me more motivated.

I decided to come up with a list of 'guidelines' which are basically personal things I want to work on. This visual reminder was inspired by Chole's 'list to remind myself daily' which is also stuck to my wall as all of the reminders applied to moi.

The point of this is that when I'm at my desk I can just look at the list to remind myself and start taking small steps. They're all pretty self explanatory. Just everything that I find annoying about myself and just cause a lot of stress and anxiety.
